While perusing the police blotter on the Mercury News..

I was happy to have found this nugget:

Charter Street, 3:15 a.m. Tuesday A caller said a low frequency electrical sound was keeping him awake. He also mentioned that when his court case is over, he plans to move from the building, then have his blood drained and replaced like in the Spacebot cartoon. Police were advised.
